Appointment Statuses

As your appointment moves through our system and is worked by your team, the status of the appointment will change both visually and verbally in the Conduit system.

List of Statuses

  • Requested - An appointment has been requested by a booker and is ready to be actioned (accepted or rejected)

  • Scheduled - An appointment has been created and accepted

  • Checked In - Trailer is onsite and checked in at the facility

  • Checked Out - Trailer loading/unloading process has been complete and appointment has been finished (in its final state)

  • Loading/Unloading - Trailer is in the process of being loaded or unloaded

  • Loaded/Unloaded - Trailer loading or unloading has been complete, and is awaiting final check out

  • Checked Out - Trailer loading/unloading process has been complete and appointment has been finished (in its final state)

  • Late - Appointment is past set scheduled time (late time is customizable)

  • No Show - Appointment has been past the set late appointment time

  • Cancelled/Declined - Appointment has been cancelled (by you or booker) or declined

  • Blocked - Appointments have been blocked on the calendar

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Uncancel a Load?

No. Once you cancel a load, our system considers it to be in its final state. Please be sure to make any changes you need before cancelling an appointment.

Can I Roll Back Statuses?

Yes. By clicking the "X" by the time stamp on the appointment page, you can return to a previous status.
