General Facility settings

Each facility within Conduit can have its own set of settings which are accessible at this link. Facilities can also be set up for specific inbound settings and outbound settings. In addition, your facility can be set up to have different load types, which are configured by the Conduit team. If you have Load Types set up for your account, you can find those listed here.
This level of configurability allows for the most complex operations to be managed seamlessly in Conduit, providing equal access, visibility, and control between departments within your company.
Below is a description of each setting on the General Settings page for a facility.

Global Max Concurrent Appointments | Optional throttle that caps the number of simultaneous external appointments (inbound and outbound combined). Default is unlimited. If I schedule an Appointment manually, will it reduce appointments that can be scheduled by others?
Yes. When people schedule appointments using the public scheduling link, Conduit will only allow them to book appointments up to the capacity you selected in your Settings.
